With its stunning waterfront views, exceptional French cuisine and outstanding wine selection, Deep Cove Chalet is absolutely worth the short scenic drive from downtown Victoria.
Originally opened as a tea house in 1913, this warm and peaceful fine dining restaurant feels like a true getaway…
If you like red meat I highly recommend their “Rack of Lamb Provencale” ($42), or if you’d rather fish, try the “Sea Bass (Catch of the Day)”. Both were exceptional.
Oh, and make sure you order some wine to go with your meal as the quality and variety of the wine list is excellent here.
