SPUD Provides New Way of Grocery Shopping in Victoria0
If you are living in the right condo in Victoria then you might never have to step out of the door to do your grocery shopping. BOSA Properties have signed a deal with Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery to create BosaFresh. The service is available for residents of Promontory at Bayview Place.
The grocery delivery services cater to condo residents. It provides grocery delivery in a walk-in communal fridge that will keep the food cold and fresh until the unit owner gets home. SPUD.com is an online retailer that provides local, natural, and organic groceries to homes but the amenity is available for all types of grocery delivery service.
Through BosaFresh, residents of the Promontory don’t need to rush home in order to but meat, fruit or milk. When they order their grocery, it will be placed in the cold storage to keep the products well preserved until they can pick it up. It is the first program of its kind in the country, and BOSA Properties will also launch the said service at one of its properties in Vancouver.
Daryl Simpson, SVP of BOSA Properties, said that BosaFresh is an innovative program that will help make urban living more convenient. He added that the company saw the increase use of online grocery shopping, and its relationship with SPUD.com has made it possible for homeowners to reap all the benefits that home grocery deliver services has to offer.
Simpson said that they are constantly looking for ways to enhance the experience of living in a condominium home and they are looking for ways to help homeowners in any way. BosaFresh allows residents to have their groceries delivered by SPUD.com. Other merchants in the area who also offer home delivery are also allowed to leave their goods in the facility. This provides convenience and at the same time allows the food items to remain fresh while the homeowner is not yet home.
